REAL ESTATE ACTIVITY DECEMBER 2015 FOR ACTON AND AGUA DULCE
The following is real estate market activity for December 2015 & a recap of sales in 2015 for the Northern Los Angeles County’s equestrian communities of Acton and Agua Dulce where camaraderie among horse people is common place.
In 2015 there were a total of 99 homes that sold in Acton with an average sales price of $465,940. The lowest sales price for the year was $185,000 and the highest was $1,080,000.
Currently the Multiple Listing Service shows 45-Active listings in Acton, this is down slightly from the previous month with 48 and list prices are remaining about the same. The number of Pending Sales is up from 16 in November to 22 this month and the average listing price of Pending sales is $499,432 up from $452,763 in November. There were 8-Closed Sales in December compared to 7 in November, and the average Selling price was $539,375 this is up considerably from $453,700 in November.
In Agua Dulce there are 23-Active listings and in November there were 26. The average listing price is $830,874 compared to $793,754 in November. There are currently 9-Pending Sales with an average list price of $549,922. In November there were 11-Pending Sales with an average list price of $606,264. There were 4- Closed Sales with an average sales price of $633,500, compared to November with 4-Closed Sales with an average sales price of $521,225.
Acton real estate has 45-Active properties on the market with an average listing price of $559,839. The lowest Active price is $119,000 and the highest Active price is $1,299,000. There are 22-Pending Sales in Acton with an average listing price of $499,432. The lowest Pending Sale is $213,500 and the highest Pending Sales price is $759,000. In December there were 8-Sales that closed escrow in Acton and the average sales price was $539,375. The lowest Sale was $222,000 and the highest was $759,000. In November there were 7-Sales that closed escrow in Acton and the average sales price was $453,700. One year ago in December 2014 there were 4-Sales and the average sales price was $529,250.
Agua Dulce real estate has 23-Active properties on the market with an average listing price of $830,874. The lowest Active price is $265,000 and the highest Active price is $1,845,000. There are 9-Pending Sales in Agua Dulce with an average listing price of $549,922. The lowest Pending Sale is $278,000 and the highest Pending Sales price is $700,000. In December there were 4-Sales that closed escrow in Agua Dulce and the average sales price was $633,500. The lowest Sale was $285,000 and the highest was $1,300,000. In November there were 4-Sales that closed escrow in Agua Dulce and the average sales price was $521,225. On year ago in December 2014 there were 5-Sales with an average sales price of $498,500.
