REAL ESTATE ACTIVITY OCTOBER 2016 FOR ACTON AND AGUA DULCE
 

The following is real estate market activity for October 2016 for the Northern Los Angeles County’s equestrian communities of Acton and Agua Dulce where camaraderie among horse people is commonplace.

The number and the listing prices of properties for sale in Acton remained about the same as last month. Currently the Multiple Listing Service shows 48-Active listings in Acton and the average listing price is $520,775. The lowest Active in price in Acton is $269,000 and the highest Active price is $1,325,000. Last month there were 48-Active listings with an average list price of $537.427.

In Acton, the number of Pending Sales is a little higher and so are the listing prices. Last time there was 23 and there are now 17. The average listing price of the Pending sales in Acton currently is $532,210 compared to $522,529 last time. The lowest Pending Sale in Acton is $290,000 and the highest is $799,000.

In October, we had 8-Closed Sales in Acton. That was almost half the amount of sales we had in September with 13-Closed Sales, and the Sales prices were down too. The average Selling price in October was $411,538. In September, the average Selling price was $466,646. The lowest Sale in Acton in October was $250,000 and the highest was $657,300.

In Agua Dulce, the inventory of available homes and the asking prices remained about the same. There are 26-Active listings, whereas there were 28 last month. The average listing price is $1,445,371 compared to $1,413,884 last time. The Agua Dulce Winery listing priced at $12,800,000 is responsible for the average higher price. The lowest Active price in Agua Dulce is $252,500 and the highest Active price without the winery is $3,200,000.

Pending sales are remaining about the same. There are 9-Pending Sales in Agua Dulce whereas there were 10 last time, with an average list price of $559,155. Last month the average list price was $581,200.  The lowest Pending Sale in Agua Dulce is $379,999 and the highest Pending Sales price was $839,000.

In October the number of Sales in Agua Dulce remained the same as last time, at 4-Closed Sales. The average Selling price for October was $592,000. Whereas the average Selling price in September was $609,000. The lowest Sale in Agua Dulce in October was $375,000 and the highest was $592,000.
