The following is real estate market activity for March 2018 for the Northern Los Angeles County’s equestrian communities of Acton and Agua Dulce where camaraderie among horse people is commonplace.
In March the number of homes for sale in Acton has increased and the average listing price is similar to February. Currently the Multiple Listing Service shows 48-Active listings in Acton with an average List price of $693,667. The lowest Active price in Acton is $329,000 and the highest Active price is $1,550,000. Last time there were 41-Active listings with an average list price of $695,963.
In Acton, the number of Pending sales is about the same with 22-Pending sales and prices are up slightly with an average listing price of $577,275. The lowest Pending sale in Acton is $349,900 and the highest is $799,999. Last time there were 21-Pending sales with an average list price of $552,704.
In March Acton doubled the amount of sales with 20-Closed sales. The average Selling price was $524,775. The lowest sale price was $285,000 and the highest was $718,000. In February we had 9-Closed sales the average Selling price was $527,322.
In Agua Dulce, the inventory of available homes is up considerably with 25-Active listings. The average listing price of $970,999 is down from last time The, lowest Active price in Agua Dulce is $299,000 and the highest Active priced property is Sweetwater Movieland Ranch at $2,600,000. Last time there were 15-Active listings with an average list price $1,067,941 including the Movieland Ranch.
There are 7-Pending sales in Agua Dulce and last time there were 10-Pending sales. The listing prices of Pending sales are down some, with an average list price of $744,000 compared with an average list price last time of $797,990. Currently the lowest Pending sale in Agua Dulce is $425,000 and the highest Pending sales price is $1,525,000.
In March, there were 5-Closed Sales in Agua Dulce with an average selling price of $733,500. The lowest sale price was $392,500 and the highest was $975,000. In February there was only 1-Closed Sales, with a Selling price of $590,000.
