The following is real estate market activity for May 2016 for the Northern Los Angeles County’s equestrian communities of Acton and Agua Dulce where camaraderie among horse people is common place.

Currently the Multiple Listing Service shows 53-Active listings in Acton and the average listing price is $599,030. The lowest Active in price in Acton is $269,900 and the highest Active price is $1,500,000. Last time there were 54-Active listings with an average list price of $608,203.

 In Acton the number of Pending Sales last time was 24 and there are now 27. The average listing price of the Pending sales in Acton currently is $549,277 compared to $533,687 last time. The lowest Pending Sale in Acton is $259,000 and the highest Pending Sales price is $949,000.

There were 14-Closed Sales in Acton in May which is about same as April.  The average Selling price was $520,214. This is down slightly from $532,146 in April. The lowest Sale in Acton in May was $294,999 and the highest was $665,000.

In Agua Dulce the inventory is down slightly. There are now 32-Active listings and last time there were 36. The average listing price is $797,521 compared to $814,359 last time. The lowest Active price in Agua Dulce is $335,000 and the highest Active price is $2,890,000

There are currently 13-Pending Sales in Agua Dulce with an average list price of $754,762.  Last time there were 13-Pending Sales with an average list price of $727,646.  The lowest Pending Sale in Agua Dulce is $265,000 and the highest Pending Sales price is $1,648,000.

Sales were down in May in Agua Dulce, but the selling prices were up. The average Selling price of the 6-Closed Sales was $735,000, compared to 9-Closed Sales in April with an average Selling price of $623,656. The lowest Sale in Agua Dulce in May was $630,000 and the highest was $980,000.
