REAL ESTATE ACTIVITY JULY 2017 FOR ACTON AND AGUA DULCE
The following is real estate market activity for July 2017 for the Northern Los Angeles County’s equestrian communities of Acton and Agua Dulce where camaraderie among horse people is commonplace.
The inventory of homes for sale in Acton has increased dramatically. And, the list prices are slightly higher. Currently the Multiple Listing Service shows 51-Active listings in Acton with an average list price of $697,631. The lowest Active price in Acton is $275,000 and the highest Active price is $1,999,999. Last time there were 40-Active listings with an average list price of $677,922.
In Acton, the number of Pending Sales is down this month with 16-Pending sales. The average listing price of the Pending sales is now $537,169. The lowest Pending Sale in Acton is $374,900 and the highest is $699,000. Last time there was 26-Pending listings with an average list price of $545,957.
In July, there were 10-Closed Sales in Acton. We again see an increase in the average Selling price of $617,000. The lowest Sale price was $295,000 and the highest was $850,000. In June there were 16-Closed Sales with an average Selling price of $529,581.
In Agua Dulce, the inventory of available homes is down some from last time and the asking prices are up a little. There are 24-Active listings. The average listing price is $1,054,007. The lowest Active price in Agua Dulce is $459,000 and the highest Active price is $2,600,000. Last time there were 28-Active listings with an average list price $1,028,934.
The number of Pending sales are up slightly but the listing price are down. There are 13-Pending Sales in Agua Dulce with an average list price of $575,038. Currently the lowest Pending Sale in Agua Dulce is $275,000 and the highest Pending Sales price is $795,000. There were 10-Pending sales last time, with an average list price was $705,660.
In July, the number of Sales in Agua Dulce is up with 5-Closed Sales. The average Selling price in Agua Dulce is up too at $712,000. The lowest Sale price was $550,000 and the highest was $1,060,000. In June there were 2-Closed Sales, with an average Selling price of $637,500.

Summer is coming to an end. So, now may be a good time to attend an equestrian event with family and friends at one of Southern California and Los Angeles area horse shows listed below. September 4. Lancaster. Lancaster Horse and Tack Auction. First Monday of each month. 9:00 am to 12:30 pm check-in for tack. 9:00 am to 4:00 pm check-in for horses.
